Rendering from specified frame

Hey guys,

I have a 300-frame scene. If I wanted to start my render from frame 20, how would I do that? I haven't found any option for that in Vue 7's render settings.

it is not really in render settings. it is in animation render options. once there just choose render sequence under animation limits.
