Barn WIP

I'm now working on a barn for some days allready. here is a little preview as i am proud of what it looks like so far for a beginner ;)

Thanks, as i started to miss vue and needed a break from modelling i decided to look and see what it would look like in vue, even though it is not yet complete i like what it looks like in a rendered image.

Thanks, i'm still learning all this modelling stuff though ;)
Had some great tips at sketchucation still alot to do before i can call it finished i guess :shock:

Now this is really cool. The VUE version looks superb. If I may offer one observation. While I am not a carpenter, architect or designer, In the front of the barn you have a tiny board that runs horizontal just under that massive 8x8 or larger piece of lumber. If those pieces are being used to support the massive weight of the roof as well as whatever load the pully system will add to it, that little horizontal piece of wood appears to not be to scale with the other load bearing pieces. Just my two pence.

You are right, but i put that there just for decoration actually ;). I'm doing some other things around it now but i can allways take a closer look later on to that part. What would you suggest i do to it exactly.
