Vue with Carbon Scatter, Ozone and Limiert

Hallo everybody,
recently I see some clips about others Eon sw as Carbon Scatter, Ozone and I didn't understand if I can make all in VUE or if ther's a workflow to make better all these things interacting with Vue (terrain, see, lakes, streets) together Carbon Scatter (Ecosystem), Ozone (Atmosphere). What do you suggests? Any problems? Better workflow?

Some effects, like fluid is native to other applications, like Maya or Max.
